Professional Associations Superannuation Limited (PASL) (ABN 14 056 917 303, AFSL 222590) is the Trustee of Professional Associations Super and governed by a Board of Trustee Directors.
The Board’s sole purpose is to oversee the management of your Fund and its investments so that you are provided with financial benefits for your retirement.
This Board consists of three Member Representatives and three Employer Representatives.
Every two years an election is held for one of the three Member Representative positions, for a six-year term.
A Member Representative election will take place this year. The election is open to all members of the Fund and will be conducted online. Members of the Fund are encouraged to stand for election and to vote.
Nominations will open on Monday 30 January 2012 and will close at 5.00pm (AEST) on Friday 23 March 2012. If you wish to nominate, please send an email with your name, membership number and contact details to nomination@recruitmentsuper.com.au.
Before the election is held, nominees must be determined to be ‘fit and proper’ (as defined by legislation) for the role of Trustee.

The right to vote in Member Representative Elections is valuable, and not every super fund gives you this opportunity.
Members will be able to vote online at anytime once voting opens.
If you cannot access the internet or would prefer not to vote online, we can arrange a postal kit to be sent to you.
Full details about the voting process, including information about each nominee, will be available on our website from May 2012.
