New employees

Add new employees the easy way

We make enrolling employees easy. New employees can be added by using this form, via Employer Online Services or by including details in your contribution data.

New employees aren't required to complete an application form. That's why it's so important that we receive correct and complete information from you, including their Tax File Number and contact details. This way we can keep in-touch with members and let them know how their super is performing.

The option you choose for adding new employees depends on how you choose to make your existing employee's contributions.

Employer Online Services

While making a contribution via Employer Online Services, you can also add new members. However, Employer Online Services won't allow you to submit the contribution unless funds are allocated to these new members.

Electronic Contributions

New members can be added to the electronic file, similar to existing members. Please use this data guide to ensure that the correct data is provided.

Paper Contributions

Simply complete the new member details form and return it with your contribution return. Please ensure that all relevant details are provided for new employees.

New members will receive:

  • a Welcome Pack, including a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and membership card
  • a welcome call
  • an opportunity to have a one-on-one consultation with their local Member Services Consultant.
