Making the choice

To switch investment options, simply log on to Member Online Services or complete the Investment Choice Form and post it in to us.

You can switch options at any time. There is no charge for doing this.

High risk, low risk? What's right for you?

We all have a different attitude to risk and money. Taking the time to choose how your super is invested can have a major impact on the amount of money you can look forward to in retirement.

Of course, a more aggressive style option does not suit everyone. You have to think about how long you have left until retirement, how you plan to use your super savings once you retire, and your tolerance to entsinvestment risk or the chance of a negative investment return during a period. This may play a part in your decision.

Your options

Our range of investment options has been designed to make your investment choice easy.

For SelectSuper and SelectPlus members, RecruitmentSuper provides nine different investment options for you to choose from. Each option has a different strategy and objective.

We offer four pre-mixed options, which means your money is invested across several asset classes including shares, cash, property and fixed interest. In addition, we also offer five asset class options. You can either choose one, or spread your super over multiple options.

If you're with EasyChoice, you will need to upgrade to SelectSuper to gain investment choice. Upgrading to SelectSuper is free and easy. Multi-manager benefits

RecruitmentSuper adopts a multi-manager approach when investing. This approach is designed to minimise risk and exposure to any one fund manager, and provides greater diversification, risk controls and access to investment opportunities often only available to large investors.

So, whether you choose your own asset allocation or decide to choose one of our pre-mixed options, you will be investing with multiple managers within each asset class (exclusing our cash option).
