If you track down your lost super and decide to transfer it, the following points are worth considering
- Many super funds charge fees to transfer your super, so please confirm these fees prior to requesting a transfer
- Many insurance you have through super ceases when you close the account, so consider your insurance needs before transferring any of your super
Can I transfer my funds into RecruitmentSuper?
Yes! RecruitmentSuper accepts fund transfers and will even manage the process for you at no additional cost.
You have the option of using our Online Consolidation Form, which wil help you start the process of combining your super funds with much less paperwork and only takes 5-10 minutes. You can also simply fill in a Transfer in Form (or call us and we’ll mail you one) and we will do the rest.
Either way, we’ll contact your old fund for you, make the necessary arrangements and let you know when the transfer is complete.
Before you consider transferring any super to RecruitmentSuper, you should consider the Product Disclosure Statement, taking into account your investment objectives, financial situation and needs. You may also wish to seek assistance from one of our Member Services Consultants*.
